Improvement Plans For Supply Chain Businesses

Rachel Beech, Supply Chain Manager at BEP talks about how local businesses can be offered improvement plans to assist them to win contracts via the BEP project.

The BEP team are at Britain’s Energy Coast Business Cluster meetings nearly every month.

The project is very much open for business and you’re encouraged to make contact.

A key part of the process is in working together to get your business ready for procurement – this is included in the pre-qualification process.

Within the audit process which is part of pre-qualification, improvement plans may be implemented to help you to understand what you may need to do to secure future work.

This will signpost you towards support, it might come from the joint venture partners or external providers, such as the Growth Hub.
