·         Principles of strategy and governance for any size of business

The cost

This workshop is FREE OF CHARGE to eligible businesses owing to funding through Cumbria Chamber of Commerce, local authorities and the European Regional Development Fund.  It would normally cost around £140.00.

What it covers

Using evidence-informed facilitation exercises, you will be lead through this practical masterclass, incorporating the latest in evidence and experience.

The day will cover:

·         How can you identify where this difference stands for your organisation?

·         How can you work out whether something has increased or decreased in strategic importance?

·         How can you create opportunities to have strategic conversations with your team, clients, customers, suppliers and partners?

·         How do you test and refine strategic ideas?

·         Why risk matters – understanding, tracking, mediating and accepting risk.

·         Governance – what does it mean to have a well-led organisation?
